They say that Inđija is the railway junction of Srema, because the Belgrade-Subotica and Belgrade-Sid railways pass through it. The Belgrade-Budapest international highway also passes by Inđija. The remains of Roman and medieval fortifications and numerous monuments in the city speak of the strategic importance of this area along the Danube, which throughout history represented the border of different empires. These facts make Inđija an ideal location for this year's European Night of Researchers, the ninth in a row in Serbia. Our goal is to introduce visitors to various scientific ideas through interesting exhibitions, workshops and stories and to explain natural phenomena in a fun way.
Join us on Friday 28th September between 16:00 and 20:00 and seek knowledge together with our researchers! Explore through the night, knowledge is power!
