Kikinda 2021

This year, the twelfth European Night of Researchers in Serbia, will be held on Friday, September 24 in Kikinda. As in the previous three years, its celebration will begin with researchers' week - from Monday, September 20. The Center for the Promotion of Science will coordinate activities together with the Science Club of the Center for Professional Development Kikinda, as one of 14 from the Network of Science Clubs, whose establishment he was the initiator of in 2016. This year's activities that await you in Kikinda will build on the previous experience gained in the ReConNeCt project, which lasted during 2019 and 2020. After the major changes caused by the global pandemic, the main idea is to bring together researchers and the public of all ages in a heterogeneous environment - live and at events enhanced by virtual and augmented reality. As a new decade always means change and modernization, we want digital science to be the main theme of Researchers' Night 2021. Putting digital in the focus of our program reflects the trends and interests of new generations that will create and sustain the future, all through relevant topics such as climate change or systems nutrition through the inclusion of many different aspects.
