Dr. Ivana Beara is an associate professor and member of the team and HOT research Laboratory for testing natural resources of pharmacologically and biologically active compounds (LAFIB) at the Department of Chemistry, Biochemistry and Environmental Protection, Faculty of Science, University of Novi Sad. He deals with research in the field of biochemistry of medicinal plants, that is, determining the biological potential of natural products. In addition to growing cell cultures in the laboratory for anti-inflammatory activity tests, she enjoys taking care of flowers and a small organic garden in her garden. Above all, she enjoys raising her two girls, walking her dog, a good book or a concert.
