Anita Nikolic was born in Pirot where, in parallel with elementary school, she also completed the school for elementary music education. After graduating from the Secondary School of Music "Dr. Vojislav Vučković" in Niš, he entered the Faculty of Music in Belgrade, teaching department in Kragujevac, where he earned the title of graduate music pedagogue. She began her teaching career in 2004, teaching Music Culture. In the same year, she founded the Pirot House of Culture choir, which brings together people of different ages and professions. She is the winner of numerous recognitions and awards and the author of projects that she realized under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Serbia. With the elementary school choir, he wins prizes at district competitions, with the House of Culture choir at international choir festivals, with the Pirot Gymnasium orchestra at the International Olympiad "Face of Russia". By the decision of the Commission for the awarding of city awards and prizes of the City Assembly of Pirot, Anita Nikolić is the holder of the award "28. December" for 2016 in the field of culture.
