Bojana Mikarić was born on August 22, 1981. She graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy in Kosovska Mitrovica with the title of professor of English language and literature. During 2009, he improved in the field of Montessori pedagogy at the Montessori Society of Serbia. She worked as an English teacher at the Elementary School "Stevan Nemanja" in Despotovac during 2007 and 2008. After the check, she founded the foreign language school "Vrabac" and then the preschool institution of the same name, of which she is the owner and director. Participant of numerous seminars and education in the country and abroad. Member of the board of directors of the "Montessori Europe" association from 2016 to 2020. Author and organizer of forums, expert meetings: "Practical application of elements of the Montessori circle in preschool and early school age", "Montessori pedagogy in preschool age", "Child observation, one of of the most important tasks of Montessori pedagogy", "Forest pedagogy, from idea to realization", author and organizer of the seminar "Application of elements of Montessori pedagogy in early school and preschool age" in two cycles. Author, coordinator and member of the project team of two Erasmus + projects, the mobility project "Our way to knowledge" and the small Straše partnership project "Kindergarten under the canopy, development of implementation of forest pedagogy".
