Darko Mihajlović graduated from the Pedagogical Academy Petar Petrović Njegoš in Kruševac in 1993, and the Faculty of Philosophy in Priština, Department of History in 2000, Specialist Academic Studies - International Politics at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade in 2013. He worked at the "Stevan Hristić" High School of Music, the Gymnasium in Kruševac, and now at the "Jovan Jovanović Zmaj" elementary school. He was in the first team of educators from Serbia at the International School for the Study of the Holocaust at Yad Vashem. From the Institute for the Improvement of Education and Upbringing, he was engaged in working groups for reviewing textbook manuscripts for primary schools (2013/2014, 2018/2019, 2022/2023). He is the author of a series of 10 texts for RT Kruševac as part of the "Heroism of the 12th Infantry Regiment" project (project for co-financing of television by the Ministry of Culture and Information in 2018). He is engaged in research work. He is the author of the book "Serbian Diplomacy on Events in Macedonia 1903-1904", Čigoja Press, Belgrade in 2018 and in 2018, I edited the book "From Kruševac via Albania to Paris, memories of Primarius Dr. Tihomir Lj." Opposes". He is the author of several professional works in the field of history published in the magazines "Rasinski annals", Putevi kulture, Savremena biblioteka, People say/Ljudi govore, Svedok vremena. He is the author of 8 encyclopedic entries for Slobodan Simonović's "Encyclopedia of Kruševac and its surroundings", 2006. He coordinated the work of the Active Historians of the Rasin District in 2014-2019. He organized or participated in numerous book promotions, where he gave lectures and presentations.
