Diana Jovanovic is a student of doctoral academic studies at the Department of Chemistry at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics in Niš, where she currently works as a researcher-intern. Dijana completed her basic and master's academic studies on time, as one of the best students of her generation. He received a special award from the Serbian Chemical Society for the best students in 2020, as well as an award from the "Ana Bjeletić and Ivan Marković" fund for the best student of the Department of Chemistry in 2021. Dijana is engaged in research at the Department of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry, in the field of organic synthesis and analysis. He has significant experience in the analysis of essential oils. She participated in the "Researcher's Night" and "Science is not a ghost" festivals, where she brought science closer to an interested audience in a creative way. Dijana, as a student vice-dean, advocates for improving the quality of student standards at the faculty.
