Dragan Jovčev was born in Niš in 2002. He graduated from the special department for mathematics at the gymnasium in Nis, and is currently a third-year student of molecular biology in Belgrade. He won prizes in competitions in biology, mathematics and computer science. He is the founder of the site for the popularization of biology biologijakp.com, which grew into the company "Biologijakp", where he is also the president. He was the coordinator of the Night of Researchers, Science is not a Ghost and Science Festival events. He has been engaged in peer education since elementary school and was part of the Internet safety team. He is the creator of the first application in Serbia based on virtual reality for teaching biology. He attended workshops at the Vinca Institute. In his spare time, he edits Wikipedia, programs, volunteers and participates in environmental hackathons.
