Eleftherija Zlatanović, born in Jagodina and raised in Vranje, is a civil engineer, professor, scientist and researcher. She graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture in Niš, and received her doctorate from the Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Seismology in Skopje. He works as an associate professor at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture in Niš, where he teaches a group of subjects in the field of construction geotechnics (tunnels and underground structures, geotechnical earthquake engineering, risk management in geotechnics). He is the manager of the scientific research project "ElectroSoil" (www.electrosoil.rs), which is implemented with the support of the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia and within which the innovative concept of soil stabilization using combined electrokinetic and chemical treatment and its potential as a sustainable technique for the prevention and rehabilitation of landslides is being researched . He loves his profession because it is respectable, credible and promising, full of dynamism and challenges, and with a wide range of opportunities for acquiring new knowledge and valuable experiences. Her motto is that courage, dedication and perseverance are the guarantee of success in science and research.
