Jelena Jovanović (Vulović) works at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Niš as a lecturer on subjects in the field of Serbian literature of the 20th and 21st centuries at the Department of Serbian Studies. He is a member of the International Association of Narratologists and the Center for Narratological Studies in Niš; operational editor of the magazine Philologia Mediana of the Faculty of Philosophy in Niš. Her area of interest is Serbian prose and poetry of the 20th and 21st centuries, which she deals with from the point of view of contemporary narratological studies. The most beloved person entered her life on the birthday of the poet and fellow citizen, Branko Miljković. Apart from literature, he also enjoys skiing.
