Marko Mirch is a research associate at the Department of Evolutionary Biology, Institute for Biological Research "Siniša Stanković", University of Belgrade. In other words, Marko is a scientist who investigates how the living world adapts to the changes that occur in our environment, which lately are mostly caused by humans. When he is not in the field, in the laboratory or in the office at the computer, he likes to read comics and watch movies about superheroes, but also to participate in popular science events where he is looking for some new superheroes that will help preserve our environment.
