- My name is Mateja Milenković, I come from Inđija and I attend the high school in the same city, majoring in science and mathematics, and I am in my third year of high school education.
- I went to elementary school "Jovan Popović" and excelled in competitions in mathematics, physics, biology, technical, traffic and geography.
- Most likely, after high school, I will go to FTN in Novi Sad, majoring in electrical engineering.
- I recently had the desire to try and analyze experiments and present them to young hopefuls.
- The biggest factor in achieving that desire was the opportunity to construct a model with physics professor Eleonora and a friend that showed the contribution of renewable energy sources and that they are much more practical than non-renewable ones.
- Namely, we made a small model of a hydroelectric power plant and a water mill that, with the help of the movement of water in the trough, managed to create direct current through the motor to light a light bulb and charge a phone.
- Because of that experiment, I felt a huge desire and motivation to acquire new knowledge, and I think that I could also pass that knowledge on to others, and the Night of Researchers seems to me to be the best opportunity to do that.
