Milan Miletić was born in Aleksinac. After graduating from the Aleksinac High School, he enrolled in basic academic studies at the Geography Department of the Faculty of Science and Mathematics at the University of Niš. As a doctoral student, he received a scholarship from the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation. He deals with research in the field of environmental protection. He was the president of the scientific research society of geography students "Radenko Lazarevic".
