Miljana Milić was born in Bor. She finished primary and secondary school with excellent results as a holder of Vuk's diploma. She graduated from the Faculty of Electronics of the University of Niš in 2001 as the best student. During 2001, she joined the work in the LEDA laboratory (Laboratory for automation of electronic circuit design) at the Faculty of Electronics in Niš. She received her master's degree in 2005, and her doctorate in 2009 at the same Faculty where she still works as an associate professor. Her research is related to the areas of electronic circuits, electronic system design, development and application of optimization procedures in electronics, neural networks, testing, simulation and verification of integrated circuits, etc. She was awarded several times for her scientific work.
