Miljana Radović Vučić was born in Nis. Even as a child, she wanted to participate in saving the world from pollution. That is why she enrolled and completed chemistry at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics in her hometown, where today she works as a senior research associate and studies and finds new modern procedures for water purification. She is happy to contribute to the scientific community through participation in projects and programs that promote science, and working with young, successful and positive people especially motivates her. When asked how she manages to balance hard research work with family life, she always replies that female scientists have superpowers. Outside of business activities, she spends most of her time with her bulldog Blue, whom she named after her favorite color.
