Nena Velinov works as a research associate at the Chemistry Department of the Faculty of Science and Mathematics in Niš. It deals with the synthesis of new materials that can be used for the purification of natural and waste water. Water is vital for all known forms of life, and therefore for the preservation of our health. Ever since his student days, he has been happy to participate in events aimed at promoting science and bringing scientific and research work closer to the widest possible population. He is looking forward to this year's "Researcher's Night", whose team he has been a member of since the very beginning of the event in Nis.
