Slobodan Bubnjević is a research physicist by education, but he is professionally engaged in writing and scientific journalism. He is the head of communications at the Institute of Physics in Belgrade and the media coordinator of CERN in Serbia. He is the editor and co-founder of the "Science through Stories" initiative. He made a great contribution to the popularization of science through his specific narrative approach, which defined him as one of the few authors in the genre of popular science studies.
